4 You Parking

I’m giving 4 stars purely because of how the situation was handled afterward. Unfortunately, heavy chemicals were used to wash my car, which stripped the clear coat from the paintwork (see images). I would strongly advise others to carefully check their paintwork when collecting their vehicles, especially if you’ve opted for a wash. It’s something I didn’t expect to have to look out for. That being said, when I raised the issue, Calvin and Deon were friendly, professional, and handled the matter in a pleasant manner. They weren’t rude or dismissive and assured me they would investigate the incident properly. In the end, they refunded me for the time my car was parked and compensated me for a slight portion of the damages caused. While the incident itself was disappointing, I do appreciate the way it was resolved and the respectful attitude shown throughout. I would use them again in future — but maybe just skip the wash 🙈

Pickup and delivery of my car was on time as arranged and so nice to get one's car back so spotless. Really a convenient and friendly service to make use of. Will definitely use their services again.
