Agapé Carwash and Valet Centre

Would give 0 stars if possible. Used to be good but has become very lacklustre. Took a Jimny in for a full valet at 8am and was told to come and fetch it at 12. Upon fetching the vehicle the roof was still unwashed and there was dirt on the bumpers and wheel arches. When complaining I was told we were being unreasonable, it was human error, and that the vehicle was dirtier than usual. The owner also became very agitated that we would not give him more time to fix the issues. For R800 I would expect some matter of professionalism, a spot missed with a valet is understandable but the whole roof is just unacceptable. Was able to get half a refund for the sloppy service.
