Things to Note
Made an appointment, received a quote for R750 ex vat to replace a rear window's tinted film. Arrived at the shop and was informed that the sales representative forgot to include installation fee in my quote. An additional R350 ex vat. Had agreed the previous day to drop the car off at 8am and collect at 10am. I arrived at 9:45am and work had not started. 2 star instead of one since at least they said they were very sorry. 🙏
