The team went above and beyond by driving to Cape Town to procure the specific new tire I needed, ensuring I didn't have to make an unnecessary, long journey. This act of service immediately established trust. The technician handling the tire service was meticulous. He not only installed the new tire but proactively identified and repaired two additional hidden punctures on other wheels and switched out my spare. He also kindly fastened the nut locks without additional charge, a commitment to safety and detail that was outstanding. Crucially, the gentleman conducting the steering alignment was a true professional. Instead of simply performing the alignment, he immediately halted work to show me a foundational mechanical issue (excessive play in the steering). His refusal to perform the alignment on a compromised structure demonstrated a commitment to absolute structural truth and safety over a quick sale.
