⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service from Bosch CGI George! I'm from Cape Town and was stranded in George after my car broke down and had no way of getting it repaired in time to get home. After being turned away elsewhere, I went to Bosch CGI George and received incredible assistance from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Lizel @reception, who even though, were unable to book my car due to capacity went above and beyond by listening to my situation, speaking to her manager and arranged assistance for me at one of their industrial facilities where I had the pleasure of meeting Aunty Charlene. What stood out the most was their honesty, professionalism, communication, and genuine care. They were clear about what needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my vehicle was repaired properly. My car is in perfect condition and my family safe at home. Their customer service is truly outstanding — every call was answered, and I always felt supported. Bosch CGI George has earned my trust, and I will recommend them to anyone needing reliable mechanical repairs and excellent service. The service was very professional and all the personnel was considerate in terms of cost and advising on the best solutions based on your preferences. All potential costs were explained prior to commencing and the team kept me updated on the progress. In addition they picked me up when my car was ready and also washed my car. Excellent service!

Amazing service. I would give 10 stars! Had EPC light come on on trip from Gqeberha to Montagu arrived at Bosch George 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday expecting to be told sorry cannot help come back Monday but the reception was amazing. Engine diagnostics done,problem sorted and on my way within 30 minutes. Even served cappuccinos whilst waiting. We are presently in Citrusdal after a trouble free run.
