Bright Car Wash And Valet

Recently visited this car wash and had a TERRIBLE experience. After about 90 minutes, I returned to find my car marked as “completed,” only to discover that it was neither properly washed nor vacuumed—and worse, it had sustained visible paint damage. The staff were on lunch and I had to vacuum the car myself, assisted by Tom, who was very helpful. They sent me very limited footage, and despite their own footage clearly showing that the damage occurred on their premises, the owner denied responsibility and refused to speak to me. This level of service is unacceptable to say the least. I left with a damaged, poorly cleaned vehicle, without any apology or offer of any kind of assistance. What a waste of time and money!
