Customer service needs some work.Here's why: I went to purchase an LED solar floodlight (Wed 21st Sep 2022) and it literally took 30 minutes to get the correct price of the product that I eventually ended up buying.At the same time I had a key cut and it was cut the wrong size. Other than these issues the store has everything you'd need from a hardware store.I previously had a problem with a tin of deck varnish that spilled while transporting it in my car and they replaced it without an issues.

Very disappointing experience at Brights Watergate.
An item (wafers) was clearly priced at R3.95 on the shelf but scanned at a higher price. The supervisor, Rolene Stuurman, refused to honour the displayed price, stating it was a merchandiser’s mistake. As a customer, pricing should be honoured as advertised in line with consumer protection principles.
To make matters worse, I later overheard her mocking me to staff, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
This experience was unacceptable and handled very poorly.
