Went to refill gas bottle (2 kg). They helped me very quickly as I entered. Even the person checking slips at the entrance guided me. Everyone asks if i need help. Very neat and good experience. Hubert helped me with the refill.

Great for basics and conveniently located. Most of the staff are excellent and willing to help while some are a bit slow. Gentleman in the paint department spent 15 minutes helping me adjusting a little paint sample to match wall colour for patching up - shows a lot of care despite the small purchase. Dont wait for someone to help you - just walk up and ask.
Things to Note
Poor customer service. Elton was busy helping me find materials and then dissapeared to help another staff member.
Lady at counter for customer care is also rude and not interested in resolving your concerns.
