Had an incredible experience this afternoon at Builders Warehouse George with Sino, Aiden and Joniel, who assisted me with returning an item and exchanging it for another.
Thank you for your prompt, professional and friendly service. I especially appreciated that they assisted me in Afrikaans and were extremely helpful with all the paperwork involved. They even went the extra mile by dismantling the item I purchased so that it could fit into my car.

Things to Note
Today, the 19th June 2026, I spent 30min initially waiting for someone to help me buy an outside door. The first sales assistant could not find the door I wanted in stock, after another 30min I managed to track down someone who showed more interest and he found me three of the doors, which I bought at a great price. Overall the experience was a waste of time and very frustrating.
