Camps Car Wash ( & Carpet Cleaning)

Reported them to the police. Terrible experience. They promised to be done by 3pm because I had an appointment I needed to get to but when I came back at 3 they hadn’t started. I reminded them I needed to get to an appointment and needed to go. Immediately they started cleaning the car and threatened that I needed to pay full price for a *deep clean* (please see the photos attached) if I wanted to leave. I offered to pay 300 (a normal car wash amount) because they had now started washing the car. The manager refused, raising his voice and saying I better wait for them to finish. Again, I offered 300 Rand, saying I will be leaving now and that’s what I’m comfortable paying. He then got extremely aggressive toward me and threatened to lock me in the premises. I got very scared at that point with the level of aggression he had and tried to escape the situation. Unfortunately the situation only got worse from there. I missed my appointment and feared for my safety and so I am making an official complaint online and to the police. If a customer says they need the car at a certain time and you can’t do it, please just say that at the beginning rather that “yes absolutely” and then intimidating them later on.
