Car Spa Express

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after the terrible experience I had with this car wash, I feel that people need to be aware of what they might be getting into. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past three to four years, always bringing my car here without any issues—until now. During my last visit, my car key was broken while in their care. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with nothing but rudeness and a complete lack of accountability from the owner. She called me to say they don’t take responsibility, but the way she spoke to me was shocking—rude, short, and completely disrespectful. It was clear she had no intention of helping. She initially set up a meeting with me to discuss the issue, which I appreciated, but after I took time out of my day to meet her at the car wash, she simply didn’t show up—no message, no call, nothing. She ignored most of my messages, and when I finally did get a response, all she said was, “Sorry, we don’t take responsibility.” Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But what truly disappointed me was the complete lack of professionalism, respect, or even basic courtesy. After years of supporting this business, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, I can only imagine how they handle new ones. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision
