Extremely disgusted about the professionalism of the woman taking the payments today.
Not friendly or welcoming at all.
I had a few tiny rocks in my car from a little plant that fell over. Picked most of it up.
Did disclose and apologise for this when car was dropped off.
Upon arrival to pay she comes to tell me she's going to charge me more because of the sand....
I asked for a full house which is wash and VACUUM! - after offering what I thought was enough she laughed at me and mumbled something about the amount.
Snotty before that because I dont have cash... Ive always paid card no problem.
Staff are nice but whoever this lady is, cost them a whole group of clients. Will definitely not be back. Which is a shame because it's very convenient next to the burger shop.
Back window also not wiped so...
