Update: The regional manager has since contacted me personally to apologise, and Bevan also reached out and went the extra mile by delivering replacement meat to us. I truly appreciate the effort made to resolve the situation and the follow-up after my complaint. Thank you for taking accountability and making things right — it does make a difference. Old Review: Still waiting on Bevan (not sure of the spelling) to contact me or my husband, as the manager promised on Saturday that he would call us first thing on Monday, 20th April. It is now the 24th, and we have heard nothing. We bought meat for a braai and told our guests not to bring any, trusting the quality. When it was time to cook, the steak smelled old and rotten — completely unacceptable. We phoned the store and were told nothing could be done and that we must come back the next day to speak to Bevan from the butchery. We went back on Saturday, only to be told he was not in. After being asked to come back yet again, I refused to leave until speaking to a manager. The only apology we received was from the manager at the time, along with another promise that Bevan would call us on Monday — which never happened. Very disappointing experience, poor service, and no accountability

Good connection to N2 and a good alternative to the Eden mall hyper checker's if there products not available. They often available here. Better managed than the Eden mall checker's!

Nice big Checkers! Love a checkers! And next to it the biggest Medirite pharmacy I have seen so far. Very well stocked.
