Well with the money. Steamed everything nice and clean! Was in for a full valet but unfortunately the next day the car stank so much of the wet carpets. I did drop the car at 8 and only received it at 5. Feel like the carpets should have been sorted prior. I now have to clean the carpets and let the car air again. Would have been 5starts otherwise.
Things to Note
Very poor service received. Our car took 3 hours to be washed, which is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning, money was stolen from inside the vehicle, including loose change and R5 coins.
My husband and I are extremely disappointed by this experience and will not be using this business again.
