Great service
The team at K&L auto spa were very helpful. I needed a full clean with short notice and they were able to assist. Easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and when I arrived the team stood ready and they knew what was arranged via WhatsApp.
Attention to detail, quick, 24/7 service and friendly.
Happy with the final result and definitely recommend their services.
Only 2 things to mention
1. Front windscreen still had some marks inside.
2. If your car is very low it might be a challenge getting in, due to a raised entrance (for serious stance guys only) any other car will be just fine, just enter and exit at a bit of an angle.
Positive Experience
This is my new favourite car wash! Amazing service (thank you Max), bloody well priced and major attention to detail. After a 4x4 weekend, they washed the undercarriage, then proceeded to the rest of the vehicle. Looked better than the day I got her. Would definitely recommend K&L Auto Spa.
Things to Note
First time here after being recommended from a friend. Horrible first time experience at this car wash. Poor service, poor work ethic and no communication to customers. If it was busy then I would understand but it wasn’t.
Staff member also spoke over me to another staff member while I was talking to him. Waited 45 minutes just for them to start washing my vehicle after I parked my vehicle in the wash bay and no other cars in the wash bay. 2 cars being vacuumed and no one could start to wash my car. No sense of urgency. Left the soap on my car to dry for 15 minutes before rinsing now my car got soap water marks that are stubborn to remove now. Don’t recommend this car wash to anyone.
