Things to Note
I went to drop a rented car for wash and dry at 11am on Sunday and I was promised that the car would be done in 1hr and 30 minutes since it's a busy day. However, when I came to collect it at 1pm, it was still not done and was only done 20 minutes later, which led me to return the rented car 25 minutes late. There was no apology from the manager/owner. Instead, he kept on justifying why it was only finished in 2hrs and 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable, and based on this experience, I do not recommend Magic Touch Car Wash if you're in a hurry.
