Positive Experience
While my wife was on her way to George from Mossel Bay, our car's one front wiper blade 'popped' off during the ride. Concerned that she won't be able to use the wipers again, I phoned Midas in Hibernia Street and spoke to Wayne, who arranged to have the missing blade replaced once she arrives there. When she got there, Wayne was waiting outside to assist her in her crisis. Thank you very much, Wayne, and thank you to Midas, whom I know and can trust, for having the parts available when you really need them in a crisis.

Things to Note
Product range and prices are fair but man…the lack of professionalism when it comes to the sales staff really ruins the whole experience. This is the second experience where I was treated like a huge burden and they tried selling me the incorrect brand of product after specifically requesting Bosch. The service really is a bummer. Especially considering their prices and range of products
