Mshanga Car Wash And Valet

I've been using this car wash for a few months, and this is the first time I've had an issue. My niece dropped ice cream on the carpet in the back of my car, and I took it to get washed. After the wash, I checked the car and saw that the ice cream stain was still there. I called the guy who washed my car and asked why it wasn’t cleaned, and he said that since I didn’t ask him to clean it, and that they’ll clean it the next time I come in. It’s pretty frustrating because I just paid for a full car wash, but the ice cream mess was still there when I drove off, and it could’ve been cleaned easily with a cloth. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE STAFF!!
