They ask you to chat to them privately before leaving a negative review. I did that twice. Both times I had to take the car back because it simply wasn't cleaned properly. To the staff's credit they politely and immediately fixed it without question. A 20min wash turns into a two hour ordeal. The issue is not their willingness to correct it, it's exhausting and irritating to not get the result you pay for first time. Yesterday I did not have the luxury to drive there again and ask for a clean car. So R180 lost. It feels like the staff is completely overworked and overwhelmed and machines sub-par. No improvement after two attempts, I feel it's time for the online review, and a clear: I won't be back.
