Positive Experience
A huge thank you to the General Manager for going out of his way to collect my vehicle from my work place to have a valet done. The price is great and for the collect and drop off system is just too good to be true but yet true. Happy and will most def use and refer Perfectcars for usage again.
Things to Note
The job seems to be done to an OK standard, some parts still dirty/dusty. But the thing I have a problem with is that they tried to charge my hatchback as an SUV so be mindful of the price list on the wall vs what they say you owe - some sketchy things going on to maybe pocket some extra money. I don’t mind giving a tip for good service but be honest in your business dealings and say something like “it’s R120 but we would love a tip” - I would’ve gladly obliged
