If you take your car here, know two things: First, check your front windscreen for smudging. They're not that good at cleaning the insides of windows. Second, don't let them use their high-pressure sprays. I recently took my car in for a clean and upon collecting it discovered that paint had been removed from the bonnet and around the boot. Of course the people there couldn't help me, insisting that only the owner could deal with the matter. After nearly two weeks of poor communication, I arranged a time to meet the owner there.
