When I collected my car, it was clearly not cleaned properly — there were visible marks on the roof and bumper, and I was able to rub off old bird droppings with my finger. If it comes off that easily, it clearly wasn’t wiped down at all. Instead of acknowledging the poor workmanship, the staff immediately blamed me, repeatedly insisting that I “should have ordered the wax option.” I explained multiple times that this had nothing to do with waxing — the car simply hadn’t been properly cleaned. Eventually, three or four staff members came over and re-wiped the entire roof, which only confirmed that it had been missed in the first place. During this, they were speaking about me in a language I couldn’t understand, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and as though I was being difficult, when in reality I was just asking for the service I had paid for. The attitude suggested that I was the problem, rather than the very obvious poor quality of work. Overall, the service was unprofessional, dismissive, and uncomfortable. A basic car wash should not turn into an argument or make a customer feel embarrassed for pointing out obvious mistakes. Very disappointing.
