Ryan’s Car Wash Portside Greenpoint

Quite disappointed in the service actually. Booked a wash and vacuum and the vacuum was so poorly done I had to redo my entire car when I got home. For the price I would expect better service overall - from the staff to the actual work done, especially for the area and in comparison to competitors pricing who do a much better job. Very obvious sections of the car was not even touched for the vacuum / wipe down including the backseat area, boot, gears even. Very confused but now I know better. Also to clarify I literally asked the staff which package is best for my car, telling them what I needed and also requested that whatever they needed to move in the car that they do so. I also asked what was included or what they would cover with the wash & vacuum, and not once was it advised that certain spaces would be neglected.
