Things to Note
My husband always has the most amazing service on the forecourt but one day last week I needed to use the ladies. I went into the shop & asked where the Ladies toilets were. The lady cashier (chewing gum) pointed me towards the door on the right of her. A man had just walked into the unisex toilet in front of me & closed the door. I was desperate & noticed there was a "disabled" toilet but when I tried the door it was locked. So I stood outside the entrance & asked the cashier why the "disabled" toilet was locked. Still chewing her gum she told me it's BUSY (when I saw nobody going in there at all)!! When I mentioned this to her she turned her back on me looking out of the window. I told her that she was extremely RUDE & walked out telling her I would be sending in this review. She totally ignored me.
