Extremely disappointed—completely unacceptable service. I experienced utterly rude and disrespectful treatment from the cashier towards our entire touring party. She literally chased our girls out of the shop like dogs while they were browsing for items to buy. We were a group of 70 people, each with a budget of R100 to spend at this stop. If the cashier had a logistical issue with the number of children in the shop at once, she should have approached me as the tour leader instead of shouting at the kids. As a business owner, I have always filled my commercial vehicles here during long-distance trips, but I will never support this branch again. This is definitely not a child-friendly environment, and Sasol needs to employ staff with better people skills. You lost a massive sale and a loyal customer today.
