I am absolutely appalled by the service I have just received! I run a business directly across the road and regularly fill petrol canisters for operational use. Today, after a full maintenance day where we had run out of fuel, I went in simply to fill our canisters for the next day. I was not asking for any discount or special treatment. I was paying the full price like any other customer. I was refused service by the manager, who stated that if they help one person, they must help everyone. This makes absolutely no sense, especially when I am a paying customer with a legitimate business need. To turn away business in this manner is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer care, logic, and basic service standards. I will not be returning, and I certainly cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. Drove one kilometer up the road to the BP Waterstone and was served with a smile!! Still shocked and disgusted!!!
