Positive Experience
Unfortunate incident with having unleaded petrol put into my diesel bakkie. Sorted immediately and professionally by Faku (station supervisor) and then who Hein flushed out my vehicle and all seems to be fine.
Accidents happen.....But it's in the way it gets handled..... WELL DONE to shell Stellenbosch for their professional handling of this unfortunate incident. I have always filled up my car there. And I always will as long as I live "across the road".

Attendants always rush over to help. Staff who offer to check your tyre pressure and oil and actually meaning it. Really a pleasure to experience friendly, willing staff. I only fill up there now because of their outstanding petrol attendants.
Things to Note
This is one of the stations where petrol attendants just regularly keep your change. If you do not ask for a cash slip, they just assume they can keep your change and sometimes don't even come back to your vehicle. I had many incidents like this at this specific station and will not go there anymore. Even in asking a cash slip, they still sometimes keep some of your change. It's very sad
