Silver Line Car Wash & Detail Center

I would like to preface by review by saying that I have no problems with the quality of service I received from Silver Line. They have great attention to detail and work miracles when it comes to maing your car shine. On 26/01/2026 my car was booked in for a “Mini Valet” at 11:30. The lady at reception told me it would take approximately 75min for my car to be ready since they weren’t very busy. In the email sent to me they allocated 90min to my valet. It took just about 2,5 hours to finish my vehicle, having received it at 13:50. I find this disrespectful towards my own time and unprofessional because of the amount of customers they had. On top of this, I got the impression that Silver Line gives priority to customers with more premium vehicles. A nice car that was booked in about 25min after my vehicle was finished before mine, despite being about 3 times the size. This experience has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth after a couple of visits without complaints.
