Soap Bubbles Car Wash

Guys broke my boot latch and they failed to take accountability. Whenever I come I always tell and SHOW them how to open the boot but they just keep on doing the same thing eventually over time it wore out and the day I left my car there, came to fetch it to see the latch broken and Completely pressed in. Mr Ali, the Owner told me not to bring my cars there anymore and refused to cover any costs involved saying its my fault and that i struggled with my OWN boot before which was never the case. He offered half after I requested it but straight out initially refused to cover ANYTHING saying its wear and tear. Wear and tear by your guys at the car wash!! Up until today, no payment received by the Owner. The owner says the guys don't want to work on my cars and apparently whenever I bring it, they fight with the manager NOT to work on my cars. There has never been any issues before in the past 2 years so I'm unsure what they mean by not wanting to wash and clean my cars. Maybe it's because I show them how to wash properly. Also, they spilled lots of airfreshner on my polo seats and that too no accountability taken nor would they even follow up to ask about bringing it back to clean as it left horrible stains up until today. I've taken my cars here for 2 years. Almost every week, either 1 of my cars were there, but having the owner tell me don't come here again just tipped my scale to writing this review. I thought everyone should know it. Please remember before washing your car here as you will be a victim of this. Customer service is important and if an owner does not follow up after your business broke or damaged something but rather chases YOU as the Customer away, it shows a lot about Customer Service, your business and the person you are, your character. Not to mention coming there for over 2 years almost every week, supporting you and your business to be utterly condecending and rude. Really Pathetic!
