Soap Bubbles Car Wash

I'm so dissapointed in this company, not only did they burn my car seat, I've also picked up that on my passenger's side window, the tint got scratches on. After i've notified the supervisor or whoever she is via phone call about the burnt car seat, she was quite dismissive and very unproffesional. She has no way of conducting herself. We than agreed to bring the car for inspection which I did, still she denied everything talking about her workers don't smoke when they are busy with the cars, yet the day I was there I saw a guy smoking close to one of the cars being washed, not wanting to listen to my reasoning at all. She made me feel like a liar. She than told me I should come and see this boss, at first i agreed but than decided against it and let it go because it was obvious I won't get anywhere with these people. I regret using their services, I will never go to them again.
