Great Service and Quick Resolution! I’ve always been happy with the services at Spa Car Wash at Waterstone Village, and my recent experience just reinforced that. After a wash, I noticed an issue with my 7-seater Mercedes passenger van’s tailgate/back door. Since the vehicle was going to be used for an important airport trip to pick up my family, I reached out to Johan, the owner, via WhatsApp to let him know about the issue. The next morning, when I arrived at the car wash, Johan and his team were already expecting me. They immediately got to work and had the problem sorted out in just a few minutes in a calmly manner. Their professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive, and it was such a relief to have everything fixed so quickly. It’s rare to find a business that not only provides excellent service but also genuinely cares about resolving issues in a timely manner. I’ll continue to support Spa Car Wash and highly recommend their services to others!

Had my car washed here, they were fast and effective. I could not find a single spot of dirt. Worth every cent.
Things to Note
Used to be a loyal client. Asked to have Tar removed off my car from road works only to come back to tar not removed. In addition car still dirty over numerous areas. Not cheap. One would think the service would be good. Deteriorated allot from what it used to be like. On showing the supervisor the issues no attempt was made to rectify the issue. Hey have lost a client.
