Supreme detailing and mobile car wash

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have been trying for over a week to arrange a car wash, and every day I was told that someone would come out — only for nobody to arrive. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of communication and the repeated promises that were not kept. My time was wasted day after day while I was left waiting and expecting the job to be done. A business should value its customers and respect their time. If you cannot fulfil a booking, the least you can do is communicate honestly instead of repeatedly making commitments and failing to follow through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I CANNOT recommend this service.
