The Corner Carwash

I have used this car wash for years under the previous ownership and supported the new owner from the start. The first few washes went well, but recently I’ve had issues. I took my wife’s brand new Suzuki Swift for its first clean and noticed a small scratch afterward. Then, I brought my own car in, and after the wash I discovered two dents with scratches. When I tried to address this, the owner was not available at the car wash. He stated that only cloths and sponges are used, which is not accurate, as a pressure sprayer is used and likely caused the damage. I am very disappointed, as this level of care is not what I’ve come to expect, and I cannot confidently recommend this car wash anymore.
