Thunder Brothers Car Wash Village Square

This is my first negative review of any business. I had the most disrespectful treatment by the young lady this morning, never mind the exceptionally poor service. I had requested a thorough spray off, a soap soak, then another spray off, then only a soap wash. I requested a thorough vacuum and cleaning on the inside of my vehicle. I requested a thorough wash of my under carriage. Lo and behold that when I received my vehicle, there was still dust on every panel in my vehicle, there was still sand on e very part of my vehicle on the outside. I drove back to just show them the poor level of service that I had received from them, after a very detailed request to do it right. When I spoke the young lady she mid sentence just turned around walked away and called one of the workers, When one of the cleaners came I again started to express what I wanted and started showing them that the job they done was very unsatisfactory and exceptionally poor. The young lady again mid sentence just turned her back and walked away. The treatment is one that I will definitely share with everybody I know, and I will never make use of them again, This location was properly run when it was still the Pink Lady. I realised that this centre of thunder brothers is used to taking people for fools and do not worry, or have the decency to accept there faults and give an apology ( Standard customer service). I did not want a refund or a redo, Just an apology. If you like to throw money down a drain and get poor service, Thunderbrothers Village square is the place to do it. I am disgusted!!!!
