I recently took my fiancé's bakkie to Thunder Brothers at Whale Coast Mall for a valet. Because it is regularly driven on farm gravel roads, it was extremely dirty and needed a lot of attention. The team, especially Wessel, went above and beyond. They weren't able to complete the job on Friday due to the amount of work required, so they asked me to bring it back on Monday to finish it properly. The end result was incredible – the bakkie looked fantastic. What impressed me most was their honesty and customer service. I offered to pay extra for the additional hours they spent on the vehicle, but Wessel refused and insisted that I only pay the normal fee. It's rare to find service like this these days. Professional, thorough, and genuinely customer-focused. I highly recommend Thunder Brothers and will definitely be back.

Wessel was simply amazing After informing me that he was full, but made a plan to fit me in. His premises are spotlessly clean. He messaged me when my car was ready It was washed and vacuumed and looks like a new vehicle He also waited for me for 45 minutes after he had closed. I highly recommend this car wash for fabulous service and super attention 👌
