Positive Experience

had my car washed by the team at Thunder Brothers and I’m honestly blown away. From the moment I collected it, it looked and felt like a brand-new vehicle again, spotless inside and out. The attention to detail was next level. The interior was meticulously cleaned, every surface wiped down properly, and that fresh, clean finish without any overpowering chemical smell was a big plus. On the outside, the paintwork was gleaming and the wheels looked incredible. You can tell they take pride in their work. It wasn’t just a quick wash, it was a proper, professional job done with care. I was very happy with the service I received but also highly impressed with the honesty of those cleaning my car. They found a credit card in the car that I thought I had lost and left it on the centre console. 15 out of 10.

Things to Note

Not happy at all. Paid for the promotion R500 where you get Usual wash in/out then they added leather treatment and wax and polish on outside. Car definitely dont feel like it have any polish on outside and also some places i have dirt still on body. Regarding this process and price my car should be spotless. Im not a one time client been washing all my cars there for 4+ years at different locations. I have multiple cars and regardless if it was a special promo or if im a new or existing client the quality definitely not on par with the thunder brothers quality im expecting.
