Oh my word - Thurston at Thursty’s car Wash is a lifesaver! I took my dogs for a short drive this morning and had a bit of a s@$tuation on my back seat🫣 I called Thurston at 7am and he rearranged his work schedule to squeeze in a deep clean for me - and I wasn’t even a client of his! My car is as clean as the day I drove her out of the dealership a few months ago and it smells as fresh as her original new car smell☺️ Needless to say, he will be my go-to guy for all of my car washes and valeting from here on in and I highly recommend him and his business. Professional, efficient, excellent service, a friendly chat and amazing value. Thank you Thurston 🙏🏼
Things to Note
While they offer great washing service, after using this car wash for over 5 years now - a pair of glasses and Bluetooth transmitter were stolen out of the vehicle. These items were stored in a private section of the car (that doesn’t ever require a cleaning or to even be opened - and have always been stored there) when taken up with management - nothing could be done even though they know my family on a first name basis, the concern was even quite lack luster in itself. Note that we all as a family take our cars to this car wash. It’s such a pity that you really can’t find reliable businesses anymore. Needless to say after a long trusted relationship where we even recommended our friends, family and customers to support this local business - WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. Take better care of your customers they support your business after all.
