Tomson Motors

A few years ago I had my Toyota Aygo clutch burn out and had it towed to Tomson, not knowing the company too well. I'm just familiar with their signage as I drive past to work everyday. Immediately had a great impression with the shop, with the service and with Willem's correspondence. Recently, I bought a VW Touareg and took it straight to Tomson, they did a thorough analysis of what needs to be repaired and looked at. I started with the thermostat and water pump replacement and, as always the service has been great. They do a good job and they don't take any shortcuts. The best part for me as someone who understand mechanics, Willem is always willing to show the old part and discuss the reasons for its failure and why it had to be replaced. There's never any secrecy and it's always a straightforward answer. Thanks to the whole team for doing such a good job!

Willem took time out of his day to share his knowledge. That tells me a lot about this business and how they operate. So, even though I've never used their services, I'd recommend them!

Good job, professional process, focusd work...Although the price is super high😂, but I'd rather go to them with the major services and repairs, actually will save a lot for the unnessary wastes! Thanks
