Yesterday we went late in the evening around ten thirty to put some petrol in on the way home, because we were on empty. The set up that management / owner has decided is acceptable for the evening shift is absolutely pathetiic, I would love to see them come work in these conditions. You have one man working there late at night, he is doing the cash register, the petrol and basically acting as security, with several sketchy characters running around and doing drugs in and around the petrol station, and you cannot even expect him to chase them away, because he would be putting his life in danger. Management knows where their petrol station is located, they know what kind of area it is and let's be honest even if they don't , they know the country we live in, I didn't feel safe there and I am positive he didn't feel safe there either, taking advantage of someone who needs their job and making them sit there every night risking their life is absolutely disgusting. I am going to be reporting this to the main total energies head office as well. Something needs to be done about it, it's not okay.
