This morning I tried to fill up at the Calex garage around the corner from the Spur. 4 petrol guys just stood at their room and looked at me. One eventually came over and I told him not to bother and I drove off. Went to Total. The chaps were friendly, fast and efficient. They chat to you and 2 of them washed all my windows. This without asking. Brilliant service. This is where to fill up people.
Things to Note
Sorry to say but poor poor poor! Just "filled" my tank but my petrol gauge says its still not full. Had to pay R250+- as I had filled the night before and had a trip this morning. I immediately turned to go back to the garage to show them this.
"Our pumps are calibrated, it cant be our pumps it must be your car".
I was invited to open my petrol flap so they could show me. They put the petrol nozzle in and miraculously another .75L petrol could go in, my car still does not say it is full. Now after not even asking them to "top it up" I had to pay for less than a litre of fuel?
And my car is STILL not full.
Absolute bs, not coming back👌
And no. This is a new car and the petrol gauge still worked last night and this morning.
