I used to enjoy service from this establishment because it's open for 24hrs , proximity 💯 and accessibility good BUT the 17 of March 2024, 1606hrs was and is a nightmare. I bought 9kg of gas , on paying I was told that the card payment was unsuccessful, paid again. Was told that the unsuccessful one will be reversed within 24 hours but up to now, NOTHING. I went back to enquire about my refund but was rudely treated by a cashier who chose to hang on to her conversation on the cellphone and ignore me. When she was done she served other customers then came on to shout at me, told me to come back to see the manager. When I got back the manager just laughed about the behavior of the cashier and told me to consult my bank, REALLY? It's 3 months down the line and Total has sat with my hard earned money busy investing it.....
