TotalEnergies Petroport Mossel Bay

I was traveling in December 2025 with my young brother to Gqeberha from Cape Town, and I forgot my wallet at Total Energies Mossel Bay. By the time we realised, we were too far and couldn't turn back. I called them & the manager was so kind & eager to assist, assuring me that they were keeping my wallet safe & would be more than happy to assist me get it. Due to the busyness of the festive season we could not make arrangements, however that was ok with me as I knew I would be traveling back to Cape Town before the new year. Indeed the manager made sure that my wallet was safe and ready for me to pick up even though she wouldn't be in by the time I got there. I'm forever grateful for her kindness & that of the staff, as that wallet contained all my important documents. I truly appreciate the Total Energies Mossel Bay team!

We stopped here at the Totalenergies Petroport for a quick break and a cup of coffee. The coffee was good and the staff was extremely friendly. The Mugg and Bean is modern and invites you to sit down and have lunch. The place is spotless. There is a playground outside for kids and a goats are kept in an enclosed area. Beautiful animal structures are seeing everywhere. One of the best garages in this area to visit.

We had such a great experience with Raymond today!!! Definitely added a smile to our faces after such a long tiring journey! :)
