Unique Mist Eco Vehicle Cleaning

Not Happy at all! In the beginning when they opened they were the best! Your car smelled so fresh & clean, But now? I can't even leave my Vechile there for a wash? I came back when they were finished my car didn't even smelled like it was washed or anything and I saw my window switch control was broken, they said it was not there fault and did noting about it? It cost me a fortune for repairs. Will never go back there again. My Vechile wasn't even a month old when I took it for a car was and I never drive passengers around for my passenger side window controller to broke? I have mentioned to the owner about the cleaning of the vechile and he said thag thank you for the feedback they are trying there best, he also said I must give him my number for the incident that happend, he will investigate it and give me a call? I have waited 2 months for him to come back to me, and I was there several times to talk to the manager, but did not get any answers? This is not acceptable, as I read the reviews I managed to see that I'm not the only one with this problem.
