Avoid—Unprofessional and Physically Aggressive Management/Owner ​I had an incredibly distressing experience at this car wash last Friday. After leaving my car for over an hour, I returned to find the exterior still covered in dirt marks. When I politely pointed out these spots to the staff and the lady at the front, I was met with total indifference. ​The situation escalated dangerously when a man claiming to be the owner confronted me. Instead of addressing the poor service, he became extremely aggressive, shouting at me and asking if I was "crazy" or "mad." ​Fearing for my safety, I took out my phone to record the interaction. The owner then: ​Physically grabbed my phone out of my hand to stop me from recording. ​Physically pushed me as I tried to maintain distance and get my property back. ​Made threatening comments about wanting to "teach me discipline." ​I never touched him and remained focused on de-escalating so I could leave safely. As a local in Langebaan, I am shocked that a business owner would try to square up to a customer and resort to physical contact over a simple request for a clean car. ​I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this establishment. There is no excuse for a business owner to physically assault a client or seize their personal property.
